You must check out Dr. Julian Heicklen's website. He is a professor at Penn State University in State College, Pa., who is standing up for your right to have and to hold hemp/marijuana legally. He is doing this by having weekly smokeouts at the corner of College Avenue and Allen Street in State College. He was arrested for this and has been victorious while continuing his fight and his public smokeouts. He intends to continue his fight until he has helped to free all prisoners in the United States who have been unconstitutionally imprisoned for "nonviolent drug offenses, which is 1/3 of the U.S. prison population" and for growing, smoking, using, sharing or marketing what God gave to us freely: The blessed hemp plant, cannibus sativa and cannabis indica.
